A 45-minute massage focused on the scalp and face, bringing awareness and relief to tension held in these areas. Pressure and techniques are adjusted to your comfort.

Series Session: Scalp and Face **Nov 2-13 ONLY*

A personalized therapeutic treatment with enough time to address your primary areas of concern while considering how they connect with the rest of the body.

Your session may include therapeutic massage, body-alignment techniques, acupressure, breathwork and nervous-system support. This is a comfortable starting point for new clients or for regular maintenance appointments.

**New clients will receive an intake form by email after booking. Please complete and submit it before your appointment so I can review your information and prepare for your treatment. Because the form must be completed before massage can begin, any time needed to finish it at the appointment will be included within your scheduled session time. Completing it beforehand helps us make the most of your time together.

60 Minute Massage

An extended treatment that allows more time to work with multiple areas of the body and explore the relationships between them.

This session is well suited for chronic tension, restricted movement, whole-body patterns or anyone wanting more time for the nervous system to settle. Abdominal and digestive work may also be included when appropriate and with your consent.

90 Minute Massage

A spacious, comprehensive treatment for clients who need more time, have several areas of concern or want a full-body approach without feeling rushed.

The extended session allows Kristin to listen to and work with the body in greater depth. Treatment may combine therapeutic massage, acupressure, abdominal and digestive work, breathwork, body-alignment techniques and nervous-system regulation.

150-Minute Massage

An extended, highly comprehensive treatment with time to work slowly and thoroughly throughout the body while addressing multiple areas of concern. This longer session allows space for detailed therapeutic work, nervous-system regulation and deep relaxation without feeling rushed.

Available by request only and not bookable through the online portal.

150 Minute Massage

A 45-minute focused session offering intentional care for one specific area of the body. Ideal for targeted attention, a more affordable appointment, or a gentle introduction to the Manna Massage experience. Each session centres on your chosen area, allowing your time to feel complete and unrushed.

45 Minute Focused Treatment

A focused appointment for returning clients who have already completed an initial treatment.

This shorter session is best suited for maintaining progress, addressing a specific area or providing follow-up care between longer treatments. Because of the limited time, it is not available as a first appointment.
